01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of owtec.in, our games, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Owtec Games ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing the site, playing Pixel Forge, or browsing our portfolio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, you must not use the Services — no hard feelings, player.
02 Using Our Services
What you can do
- Browse, share links to our games, and enjoy the site.
- Play our web games and mini-games for personal, non-commercial fun.
- Contact us for press, partnerships, or feedback.
What you can't do
- Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site or games to build a competing service.
- Use bots, cheats, or exploits to manipulate leaderboards, Pixel Forge saves, or analytics.
- Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Use our content to train AI models without written permission.
- Impersonate Owtec Games or misrepresent affiliation.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these rules — we will try to warn first, unless it's serious.
03 Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including logos, pixel art, text, code, Three.js scenes, game designs, and the "Owtec Games" name — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal enjoyment.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivatives without written consent.
- Game titles, screenshots, and trailers may be shared for commentary/reviews with attribution.
If you believe content infringes your rights, email hello@owtec.in with details (DMCA-style notice).
04 User Content & Feedback
If you send us ideas, feedback, or messages ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to improve our Services — without obligation to credit or compensate. Don't send confidential info you don't want us to use.
You are responsible for content you submit and must have rights to it.
05 Purchases & Third-Party Stores
Some games may be sold via third-party platforms (Steam, itch.io, app stores). Purchases, refunds, and delivery are governed by those platforms' terms. We don't process payments directly on this site.
Prices and availability may change. We may offer free demos or early access — features may evolve before full release.
06 Privacy
Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. By using the Services, you consent to that handling.
07 Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Play at your own risk — save often!
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owtec Games and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed ₹1,000 or $12 USD or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
09 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owtec Games from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms or others' rights.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access at any time for any reason, including to comply with law or protect players. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, law) will survive.
11 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as we ship new worlds. We'll post the updated date and, for material changes, show a notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Services.
